Jingle Bells...Jingel Bells!!!!

Thought I would share some pictures of the fireplace mantel as I decorated it for Christmas!  Jolly...jolly!!  First, I put on the garland and one gorgeous Christmas tree.  The tree is tin!  I just love the color.  I went to Hobby Lobby yesterday and I totally got inspired.  And they had 50% off most anything Christmas.  So I had a blast!  Here is the beginning....

I love the reflections this mirrored garland gives off!!  Makes it seem fuller than it really is.   Very cool!!!
Then I added the rest of the decorations....

I still have the tree to do and the dining room area.  I will post pics of those as well.  I love to see the process of what people are doing and I hope you do too!!??

Have a magical and blessed day!!

Hugging you
SueAnn

  1. Okay, now I MUST remove my All Hallow's Eve decoration and start thinking Yule. I'm sitting next to my fireplace and I swear I turned the laptop a bit, so bit so it wouldn't see your decoration and yell at me. I'm terrible, but I promise to be better after finals ;-)

  17. I love it!! isn't it exciting to get your decorating done? Your home feels so much more cozy with Christmas decorations up (at least I feel it does, lol!)

thanks so much for stopping by my blog. You had my kind of Thanksgiving. I don't mind big crowds either, it's just the line ups I don't care for. To me it's very exciting. The closest we have to your Black Friday is our Boxing day after Christmas. We always go out to the shops, and treat ourselves to lunch.
You have to enjoy this season, right?

  20. Your mantel is looking wonderful. I love that mirrored garland. We used some like it in red in home that we decorated a couple of years ago so I know how gorgeous it looks in person, so to speak. :) Have a wonderful weekend.
