Random Tuesday ~ Fire...Glass...Fun!

Welcome to two days before Thanksgiving!!!  Unbelievable!!  How is this possible?  Ha!  Hope you have all your fixings?  We are going to Gallup, NM to spend the day with my son and his wife and the five grands!
Woot!!  I have the turkey, the pies (2 pumpkin and one pecan), dressing, whipped cream, rolls and appetizers!!  So if we get snowed in...we have it made!!  Ha!!

Last week went to town to take a stained glass class and what fun we had!!  There were five of us and one teacher....brave lady!!!  Here are some pics...

We had so much fun!!  And everyone crafted a fine piece of stained glass art!!  As you can see!

Two days ago, I was blessed with this view...

And this view...

Awesome!!

I started decorating for the Christmas Holidays yesterday.  Had the header updated by Heather and I decorated my mantle...

Went for whimsy this year!  Red, white and bling!!  Ha!  Enjoy!

How do you like the header?  Thanks Heather!!  An Original Bell Design!!  Her link is on my side bar!!

OMG!!  Saw Breaking Dawn, part 2!!  Best movie of the series!!  I loved every minute of it.  And the last about 30 minutes is breathtaking!!  Now I can't wait to get the DVD!!  Ha!!

Started my Christmas shopping...online!  Actually, I have bought somethings throughout the year!!  I now have three granddaughters in their own apartments!!  Amazing!  So buying for them is fun and relatively easy!!

I have another art/craft show coming up!  December 2nd!  At the Tanoan Country Club in Albuquerque, NM.  So if you are local...come one over.  The show runs from 9 to 3 PM.  Going to show my photographs, my poetry and the dolls!!  Cheri and I are sharing a table and she will have some hats and jewelry!  We are excited!!  Come on over!!

I have a wonderful son....Lee Sr.   He took our lawnmower a couple of weeks ago and cleaned it, replaced the blade, the fuel line, the spark plug, the filter and readjusted the belt.  It is now as good as new and ready to go for another five years!!!  Thanks son....we so appreciate it!!

I am thankful for so many things in my life!!  My son, his wife, Ginger, and the five grands.  My mom!!!  My BFF Cheri and her mom, Louise!!  Butch!!  Love you!  All my friends and family...three brothers and their wives and kids!  And my fabulous husband, Dr. John.  And my Lord in Heaven....without Him...nothing would be possible!
Thank you blog family...I love you all!!

Don't forget to visit Stacy at Stacy Uncorked and see what other Randdomness is going on!  One never knows..could be an impending zombie attack!! Yikes!!

Have a magical and blessed day!
Hugging you
SueAnn

Love your red star! I have one identical in cream, actually I spray painted it white :) But can make it red too! Ha!
The stamp you like is part of a vintage set I have found on etsy! Will share close ups of the set soon.

Wow, you are bringing the whole dinner just about. You're my kinda guest :).

Christmas?! AaaaHHHHHHHHHH, already! I am putting it off until Dacember, but Jane is ON IT, making decorations and wrapping up things for her stuffed dogs that she believes are real :).

I know! Bringing the dinner with you is such a treat for the host. My family helps with most of the side dishes, though, which allows me to have some fun at my own party. You are my best inspiration to make fun a priority. Your mantle looks so festive.
