Random Tuesday ~~ Flying back home today!

Visiting cheerleaders

Home cheerleaders

How cute is that?  Those cheerleaders were just adorable and they were so enthusiastic!!  Cheered constantly!!  Ha!!

Went to my youngest brothers' son football game.  Go Wildcats!!  So much fun!!

Team Wildcats

Jared who played offense and defense!!

The Wildcats played their hearts out and ended up losing by two points!  Well fought game!  Jared, my brothers' son played well.  His position is Center!!

Mark, Jared and Patti

My brother, Mark, helps with the team and really enjoys it.  Patti, his wife, as you can see, is very proud!!
I just love them all to pieces!!  After the game, we went to a Mexican restaurant for dinner.

Ohio shouldn't do Mexican!  Ha!  I ordered my fav...chimi's....and oh boy!!  Sad...very sad.  And they had never heard of green chili!!  Blasphemy!!  We all had a great time though...I should have ordered fajitas!!

Mom and I did more shopping and had a blast!  Now I am wondering if I will be able to shut my suitcase??  As I sit here now...I think it will be tricky!  Ha!  Mom kept wanting to add stuff.  Sheesh mom...I only brought one bag!!!

Dr. John is wandering aimlessly around the house, waiting for my return!!  My neighbor offered to pick me up today and he said, "No Way!!!"   Isn't he just too cute.  I think he misses me!!

I fly out at 8:15 AM EST.  My brother, Mark has spent the night at mom's so he could take me at 5AM to the airport in Columbus! He lives about 50 minutes west of my mom.  Hence the spending the night.  He could catch some extra ZZ's this way!  It is about a 45 minute trip to the airport from my moms.  What a great brother!  So we got to catch up on all our news and gossip and chow down on pizza!  Yummy!!!!

Well, it is 2:30 AM and I am just about ready to go!  I must admit, I will be glad to get home!  I have to hit the ground running when I get there as I have three doll shows in November!!  Yikes!  More babies to make!!

Guess this is it for my randomness today!  Don't forget to visit The UnMom and see what Keely is up to as well as the other randomners!!

Have a magical and blessed day!
Hugging you
SueAnn

Hi SueAnn,

It's great to visit family eh? They have a way of rejuvenating the spirit. Unbelievable about the mexican restaurant not having green chilies. What's up with that? haha!

I'm excited for you about your 3 doll shows. I wish you every success and hope you will post photos. I would love to live vicariously through your doll show experience. :)

Thanks for your visit to my remodel post.

Hugs! =D

It sure sounds like you had a wonderful time. You know the solution to the problem of too many items for your suitcase is to shop for an additional suitcase. ;)

Safe trip home, SueAnn!

I love that the cheerleaders are wearing age-appropriate outfits and don't looks all trashy.

I know Dr. John will be glad to have you home!

How sweet that your husband missed you and wants to be the one to pick you up. How nice that you got to do so many things and see so many loved ones on your trip. I love kids sports games...so fun to watch. I pray your travels are safe and that after all this fun you are able to rest a little before your busyness begins. Safe travels, XX

It's all good when you're ready to go home. I believe when we don't look back it's because we've done all we can and made the most of an opportunity.

Back to the right kinda chimi, too!

I love your random days...and the cheerleaders! Seems they get very little attention these days - I suppose it's natural to keep your eyes on the game, but the cheerleaders put so much time and energy into their routines, and usually stand in the frigid air for hours in skimpy outfits...they deserve a lot more accolades than they're given.

Good luck with the show, and give us photos!
