Today is a big day!! Dr. John and I have been married 36 years today! How about that? And we are still the best of friends and I just love him so much! He is the best!!!!! Happy Anniversary honey!!

It has been raining off and on for four days now! For all of us in New Mexico..that is a gift from heaven!! We always need rain and this has been wonderful! My plants are so happy. I may have tomatoes yet!! I have three on the vine in my Topsy Turvy Planter. I will show pics as soon as it stops raining!! Ha! Also, wait until you see my pumpkin plant!! OMG!! It is HUGE!!
149 pounds and 4 miles a day!!! I am beginning to impress myself!! LOL!! One year and five months ago I couldn't walk down my driveway! If I went any where that required a lot of walking; we/I used a wheelchair!!!!!! Walking from the living room to our bedroom I would get so short of breath!! I have asthma and all that weight made it so much worse! And now...look at me!! Wheeeeeeeee! 81 pounds to go! And I want to add one more mile! This is totally cool!
I am reading Mary Higgins Clark, "The Shadow of your Smile". So far, the book has kept my interest. It is great for an out on the lounge chair, soaking up the sun, book!!
Remember those red shoes from Avon? Well I have been wearing them a lot!! And they are 2.5 inch wedge heels. If you call recall; I was practicing with 2.5 inch heels at the beginning of the year and having all kinds of trouble. Ha! Couldn't keep my balance. Well the wedges and me are doing fine! No wobble!!! Sweet!!!!
I think this is enough Randomness this time around!! Besides, Dr. John and I are going to have a (wild) romantic evening together so I must get ready. You know...chill the wine...get out some candles....chill the glasses...take a nice long bubble bath...wear that special perfume!! So much to do..so little time! Bye for now!
